Plans and subscriptions

Admin level

The admin can assign different plans to users and users then can link plans to cameras.

Clicking on the “Assign Plans” button you’ll get a dialog, where you can define the number of subscriptions for the selected user:

The pre-integrated plans are:

• 30-day continuous recording - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention.

• 30-day event recording - motion-based recording with 30 days of retention.

• 30-day continuous recording with AI by timer - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention and object recognition every 3 minutes.

• 30-day continuous recording with AI by event - 24/7 recording with 30 days of retention and motion-based object recognition.

• Custom plan - when a user can define recording and AI parameters.

User level

A user can see assigned subscriptions in the Profile section.

The subscriptions can be linked to cameras in the “Config” for a selected camera.

In case if user has linked a “Custom plan”, it’ll see UI for configuring recording and AI settings on the user level.

Please note that if a camera was added using REST API then it’ll appear as “Custom parameters” in the “Subscription” field. The recording and AI settings UI will be available similar to “Custom plan”.
