Generating Alerts
Alerts can be generated using the following tools:
Generative AI (ChatGPT) – Alerts can be triggered based on natural language queries, such as “Is there a security concern?”
Cloud AI Facial Recognition – Detects and recognizes known faces or identifies unknown faces.
Cloud AI Object Recognition – Identifies objects such as vehicles, people, weapons, and more.
Camera-Based Events – Triggers alerts based on motion detection, line crossing, or other predefined camera events.
Health Check Detection – Monitors camera status changes and generates alerts for connectivity or operational issues.
Filtering Alerts
You can filter alerts based on the following criteria:
Site – Filter alerts by location.
Camera – View alerts from specific cameras.
Name – Search for alerts associated with specific names.
Time – Filter alerts within a specific timeframe.
Reviewing Alerts
To review an alert, click on the "Review" action. This will display a brief description and a snapshot of the alert.

Generative AI Alerts
Generative AI alerts will show the natural language query used for the alert, such as:
“Is there a hazard or security concern in the front yard?”The Generative AI response will provide an analysis, for example:
“Yes, there appears to be a security concern. The image shows a person in dark clothing crouched near the front entrance, possibly attempting to access the property or engage in suspicious activity.”
How to Review an Alert
Click on the Review button.
The results will open in a new tab, displaying the details of the alert.
