How to get debug logs from Hanwha (Wisenet) camera

Sometimes if you have any kind of issues with the Hanwha camera we might ask you to share the debug logs from it so we can investigate and forward them to Hanwha support.

How to get debug logs:

1. Copy and paste this URL into your browser

   CODE

   http://<ip-address>/stw-cgi/debugcgi?msubmenu=data&action=view

2. Change the <ip-address> field to the IP address of the camera and press Enter

3. Debug log will be displayed in the browser in real-time

4. Recreate the issue

5. Copy all the logs in the browser and paste them into a text file
