Camera setup
Log in to the camera Web UI and go to Settings → Apps, upload a plug-in package for the corresponding camara platform and click Install (see the list of models and platforms below).
Start the application.
3. Copy the camera Serial Number and the MAC address.
MAC address is equal to the serial number formatted as AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA
The serial number can be found on the System page or on a sticker attached to the camera.
With some models, Administrator doesn’t have access to ONVIF. In this case the Administrator should be added to ONVIF accounts or a new ONVIF account should be created.
Adding camera to VMS
You’ll need the following 4 pieces of information:
Camera serial number
Camera MAC address
Camera username
Camera password
Go to Settings → Cameras and click on “Add Camera” and fill all the fields:
