Connecting NVRs and DVRs
If you have cameras connected to NVR/DVR, it is possible to add them all at once by adding NVR/DVR in the Recorders section. The recorder should have a public IP address, accessible from the cloud, so you need to set up port forwarding on your router - you can find the step-by-step guide for your router on this website. You need to create forwarding rules for HTTP (80) and RTSP (554) ports.
Go to Recorders and click Add Recorder
Enter the NVR/DVR parameters, including the number of cameras connected to the recorder, the preferred name of the recorder, camera names, public IP address and ports, and the recorder’s credentials.
Once the recorder is connected, you will see its cameras in the list (Cameras tab). You can watch live video from them, assign cloud recording and AI to them as to any other cloud camera.
NVR/DVR storage backup
It is possible to backup the recorded video from the recorder storage to the cloud. Just click on the camera to go to the live view and find the backup parameters at the bottom of the page.
Select the start and end time of the segment you would like to back up and choose the backup speed (for example, 10 means it will back up 10x faster than real time).
Once the backup is completed, you will see the uploaded video on the timeline
