Navigation Menu

Along with general navigation, the left menu has a few additional features that are important to note:

This shows the current usage of the account wide AI credits assigned to this account. These increment when using Gen AI services, ie performing searches on active cameras and receiving alerts from created alert rules. When these credits are assigned, alerts and searches pull from this pool of credits first. When they are not available (they run out or are not assigned), then the system will pull from the credits assigned directly to the camera if there are any. When you run out of AI credits, you need to contact the system admin to get a fresh subscription with more credits available.

There are 5 translation options that can be applied to the system as a whole. You can change this option at any time to use the system in one of these 5 languages.

This option allows you to change the password for the account you are currently signed in with. To change it you must first input your current password, followed by your new password. If you’re instance has a password policy applied, the new password may have specific requirements such as minimum 12 characters, 1 number, 1 upper case and 1 special character.
