Audio from a camera
The support of the audio depends on the audio encoding selected in the camera settings and the protocol used for video streaming. Please refer to the table below.
Check that there is a sound when you playback recorded stream. If there is no sound then most likely audio is not enabled on the camera.
Go to the Camera UI, find the audio settings and enable audio.
If there is audio in recorded stream but no audio in live view then it’s most likely because of the format mismatch.

a. Try to switch to WebRTC and check if audio is present.
b. Go to the Camera UI, find the audio settings and switch the audio format to AAC. This should make it playable in HLS format.
