Can't create an alert rule

Trying to create an alert rule but the Cloud AI and GenAI checkboxes are grayed. This is likely because the same camera is used in another Alert Rule. There is a restriction of 1 Alert Rule with AI per camera.

  • Remove this camera from a different Alert Rule.

  • Modify the Alert Rule with this camera.
