Can't login to Web client

  1. Make sure that the connection is secure.

If the browser shows that the connection is not secure then the problem is likely in expired SSL certificate and it should be updated by the system administrator.

  1. Check that your username and password is correct.

  2. Use “Forgot your password” to e-mail a reset password link.
