How to remotely move the Uplink camera from one account/instance to another

  1. In the current Cloud2 account, navigate to Settings > Cameras > select the camera > Camera UI

  2. Log in to the camera interface and navigate to the camera reboot page (Maintenance page for Axis)

  3. In another tab, open the destination Cloud2 account and navigate to Settings > Cameras > Add Cam

  4. Enter all necessary camera information, but don’t click “Next step” yet.

  5. Have all 3 tabs open and ready:

    1. Old Cloud2 with the current camera visible in the list

    2. Camera UI page with Reboot/Restart button

    3. New Cloud2 with filled camera information

  6. On the Camera UI page, press the Reboot/Restart button

  7. Right away, go to the Old Cloud2 and delete the camera

  8. Go to the New Cloud2 and proceed with adding the camera

  9. The camera will reboot, the app will restart and pick up the new token from the provisioning server - the camera will become online in the new Cloud2 in a minute.
