Uplink Camera/Gateway connected to a different account
You will see an error saying that this camera or a gateway has been already connected to a different account. You can’t connect the same camera via Uplink to 2 different accounts.
If the access to the second account has been lost and there is no way to delete the camera from the old account then the issue should be escalated to the T-3 technical support with the following information about the camera or gateway:
